About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of core and specialty sales reps and account managers across LA County

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- 5 or more years of sales experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of leadership experience (Preferred)
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments, especially physician offices and specialty practices
- Proven success in leading teams within a matrixed, complex commercial environment
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel 50–75%, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
