About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of core and specialty sales reps and account managers across LA County
- Drive strategy and execution for regional sales goals, performance plans, and revenue growth targets
- Launch and scale new products and diagnostic innovations
- Foster a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team
- Engage with top-tier clients, cultivating meaningful relationships that drive long-term loyalty
- Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning team efforts with lab operations, marketing, and corporate strategy
- Develop future leaders by hiring, mentoring, and coaching top talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- 5 or more years of sales experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 2 or more years of leadership experience (Preferred)
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments, especially physician offices and specialty practices
- Proven success in leading teams within a matrixed, complex commercial environment
- Strong business acumen
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Travel 50–75%, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
