About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously evolve Labcorp OnDemand’s cross-channel optimization and attribution strategy
- Develop understanding of marketing channel interactions from awareness to conversion
- Set direction and success metrics for channel performance
- Manage and enhance attribution frameworks using customer-journey measurement tools
- Analyze channel efficiency, ROI, and funnel dynamics
- Guide channel leads and agency partners with insights and optimization frameworks
- Build and maintain reporting on channel interactions and strategic implications
- Inform budget allocation, growth scenarios, and investment tradeoffs during planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing optimization, marketing analytics, or performance marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Systems thinker passionate about understanding how marketing components work together
- Strong collaborator in communicating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic operator who digs into data for actionable recommendations
- Motivated by improving efficiency and performance
