About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop compelling stories and content that clearly articulate product value, use cases and customer impact
- Create high-quality presentations, videos, demos and educational materials to support product adoption and internal/external communication
- Translate technical concepts into accessible, audience‑appropriate narratives and visuals
- Collaborate with design, product and leadership partners to understand requirements and build aligned content
- Apply and interpret brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication materials
- Use AI-powered content, design and video tools to improve efficiency, creativity and production workflows
- Iterate on content based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating critique as a natural and valuable part of the creative process
- Maintain a library of reusable content assets and templates that teams can leverage
- Support documentation or training initiatives by producing educational and instructional content as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Instructional Design or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of experience creating content, presentations or multimedia assets for products, solutions or technology-driven organizations
- 2 or more years of experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint; familiarity with video production or editing tools
- 1 or more years of experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency and content quality (e.g., Copilot, generative design tools, AI video/audio editors)
