Executive Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted partner to the SVP Marketing, managing complex calendar scheduling, prioritization of meetings, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the SVP, exercising discretion and judgment in managing requests, communications, and deadlines.
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes for executive meetings, board interactions, and key marketing forums.
- Drive operational cadence for the Marketing leadership team, including weekly rhythms, quarterly planning sessions, team offsites, and annual strategic reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school degree.
- 7 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or Chief of Staff supporting VP-level or C-suite executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and modern collaboration tools.
- Current or former Labcorp experience.
