💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop and establish client relationship management strategies
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure customer retention
  • Communicate with clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction
  • Recommend and implement opportunities to improve key client relationships
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations and sales team in relation to client needs
  • Provide ongoing service and timely resolution to customer base
  • Handle client queries and find solutions to complex problems
  • Recommend client-focused solutions
  • Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to service and grow book of business
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and growth goals
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 or more years' experience sales within the healthcare industry
  • 1 or more years' experience managing a book of business
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies and high level of customer service skills
  • Effective interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills to engage with a wide range of leaders from Director level to C Suite
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
