About the role
- Develop and establish client relationship management strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure customer retention
- Communicate with clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction
- Recommend and implement opportunities to improve key client relationships
- Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations and sales team in relation to client needs
- Provide ongoing service and timely resolution to customer base
- Handle client queries and find solutions to complex problems
- Recommend client-focused solutions
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to service and grow book of business
- Meet and exceed monthly retention and growth goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3 or more years' experience sales within the healthcare industry
- 1 or more years' experience managing a book of business
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies and high level of customer service skills
- Effective interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills to engage with a wide range of leaders from Director level to C Suite
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 30%
