Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the research, analysis, design, and implementation of configuration that elevates payroll, absence & time tracking practices
Manage a team of Analysts and/or Solutions Managers
Advise key stakeholders on Workday PATT functionalities
Collaborate with People Services, Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards/Benefits teams
Support payroll-impacting configuration changes made across other HR Tech workstreams
Experience leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
Own documentation library for support processes that impact PATT Workday technical operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 8+ years of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence or combination, configuration experience
4+ years of Workday experience is required
Workday Core PRO certification (preferred)
Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end configuration across multiple functions
Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, time-tracking rules, and absence accruals.
