About the role
- Lead the research, analysis, design, and implementation of configuration that elevates payroll, absence & time tracking practices
- Manage a team of Analysts and/or Solutions Managers
- Advise key stakeholders on Workday PATT functionalities
- Collaborate with People Services, Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards/Benefits teams
- Support payroll-impacting configuration changes made across other HR Tech workstreams
- Experience leading and performing Workday application control reviews and risk assessments
- Own documentation library for support processes that impact PATT Workday technical operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 8+ years of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence or combination, configuration experience
- 4+ years of Workday experience is required
- Workday Core PRO certification (preferred)
- Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end configuration across multiple functions
- Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, time-tracking rules, and absence accruals.
