About the role
- Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Northeast Division
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and analytics.
- Contribute to divisional sales operations by helping streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance Customer Relationship Management utilization.
- Participate in the creation of dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making for commercial leadership.
- Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling within a dynamic healthcare diagnostics environment.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics or Data Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
