About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain network automation and tooling solutions to improve operational efficiency in alignment with our business AI strategy
Develop and integrate APIs with internal platforms, CMDBs, and source‑of‑truth systems
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines for network automation workflows
Collaborate with network engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate requirements into automated solutions
Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain automation platforms in Linux environments
Build Network as Code solutions using Python and automation frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
8 or more years' of experience in network automation, software development, or related engineering roles
5 or more years' of experience programming in Python for automation or backend development
2 or more years' experience working with APIs and integrating systems programmatically
2 or more years' hands-on experience operating in Linux environments
2 or more years' experience with JavaScript, Ansible, or similar automation tools (preferred)
2 or more years' experience with Docker, virtual environments, and containerized workflows (preferred)
2 or more years' experience with configuration templating tools such as Jinja or Velocity (preferred)
3 or more years' experience with enterprise networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers) (preferred)
CCNA or higher certification (preferred)
