About the role

  • Leads robust business planning through accurate budgeting/forecasting
  • Responsible for financial plans to understand the revenue and cost drivers of a business
  • Summarize and contextualize financial results
  • Strategic business partner who leverages relationships with Senior Level Operational Leads to drive financial planning
  • Advise on capital expenditure proposals, portfolio choices, and productivity investments
  • Produce C-suite materials that elevate the “so what” — implications for margin, growth, and risk
  • Establish KPIs and leading indicators for functions
  • Standardize business partnering processes and automate reporting/forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Related Field
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
  • Strong business acumen; understands business implications of decisions
  • 7+ years experience in a matrixed, multi-site, multinational environment
  • 7+ FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • 7+ years experience within the life sciences/related industry
  • 3+ months of experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle
