About the role
- Leads robust business planning through accurate budgeting/forecasting
- Responsible for financial plans to understand the revenue and cost drivers of a business
- Summarize and contextualize financial results
- Strategic business partner who leverages relationships with Senior Level Operational Leads to drive financial planning
- Advise on capital expenditure proposals, portfolio choices, and productivity investments
- Produce C-suite materials that elevate the “so what” — implications for margin, growth, and risk
- Establish KPIs and leading indicators for functions
- Standardize business partnering processes and automate reporting/forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Related Field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Strong business acumen; understands business implications of decisions
- 7+ years experience in a matrixed, multi-site, multinational environment
- 7+ FP&A or corporate finance experience
- 7+ years experience within the life sciences/related industry
- 3+ months of experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Essbase, Oracle
