About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead integration of AI solutions within the Human Resources function.
- Shape the future of HR technology, managing AI-driven HR strategies.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and design innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain an agentic orchestration layer for intelligent workflows.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams on AI adoption and responsible use.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- 10 or more years experience of a proven track record leading digital transformation projects.
- 2 or more years experience of delivering solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems, preferably in HR or related domains.
- Understanding of software engineering languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of API design (including REST and SOAP), OAuth, authentication, integration patterns.
