Drive new business and organize an annual book of upselling business
Achieving long and short-term sales objectives by providing specialty solutions
Create effective customer relationships
Make in-person visits to clients on a regular basis
Act as a liaison between the client and Labcorp
Provide updates to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives and new business
Update all relevant customer account information into Salesforce.com
Cold call and build a sales pipeline
Collaborate closely with team members to help them retain their current book of business
Perform in-services, training, and implementation with pertinent personnel and physician staff

Requirements

High School Diploma
Bachelor's degree preferred
4 or more years’ experience in sales or account management experience within the healthcare or medical device industry
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Ability to understand complex scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factor
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Salesforce.com
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Excellent time management and organization skills
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to travel overnight as needed
