About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops and executes strategic account plans for assigned hospital and healthcare system accounts
- Cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Meets and exceeds sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell LabCorp's testing services
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration/ Management, or Finance/Accounting
- 3 years or more of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.com
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and pricing strategies
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
