About the role
- Provide Tier 2 support by investigating and resolving data related alerts and incidents generated by applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot queries and data questions to address tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in performance analysis of databases and processing workflows to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Support basic data engineering activities including ETL/loader monitoring and incremental improvements.
- Collaborate with application and data teams to ensure data reliability, quality, and timely issue resolution.
- Support users and developers by resolving data-related technical issues and troubleshooting queries by guiding them with best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 or more years of experience in database design and data modeling
- 2 or more years of SQL development experience
- 2 or more years of experience creating and maintaining tables, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures and functions, packages
