About the role

  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details
  • Develop requirements specifications according to and using the defined requirement process and tools
  • Deliver functional, non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and user interface designs
  • Generate current and future state process flow, and data flow diagrams
  • Generate software screen mock-up and prototypes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous or current experience in a Labcorp environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Communicates clearly and effectively; written and verbal
  • Experience supporting Agile Scrum and Waterfall led projects
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal / external customers
