About the role

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned client team members
  • Grow and develop the Project Management team
  • Ensure management of study milestones and proactive communication with clients
  • Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of Project Management goals
  • Proactively consult with clients regarding the impact of their decisions
  • Instill and manage a culture of continuous improvement and quality and productivity
  • Monitor and track resolution of all client escalations, issues, and concerns
  • Effectively collaborate with others and work across boundaries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of people leadership experience, including managing leaders with direct reports
  • 2 or more years of experience overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
