About the role
- Contribute to regression testing for releases and high-impact feature changes.
- Collaborate early with developers and product managers to shape testing strategy throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Triage bugs from internal and external sources and ensure issues are clearly documented.
- Monitor and investigate production issues to support product stability and performance.
- Analyze QA workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Communicate progress, risks, and findings clearly across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related technical fields
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, networking basics, and REST APIs
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
