About the role
- Designs, develops, and delivers Labcorp LearningPath Learning Path for workplace drug test specimen collections
- Authors and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drug-free workplace specimen collection
- Creates and updates promotional text for drug-free workplace testing
- Develops and delivers learning material for external customers and specimen collectors
- Manages content within Labcorp.com, Labcorp Solutions, The Point and One World pages
- Uses collection data to pinpoint improvement areas
- Maintains alignment with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) guidelines
- Supports internal and external audit requests by providing accurate compliance documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of experience creating compliance-focused training materials for drug‑free workplace testing collections
- Strong knowledge of DOT and SAMHSA regulations governing testing and specimen collections
- Skilled in Learning Path design using Learning Path and Articulate
- Experience creating promotional materials and producing clear, compliant SOPs and technical documentation
