💰 $17 - $24 per hour

About the role

  • Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all customer account information
  • Document, review, and enter/update customer account information in LabCorp systems
  • Maintain and distribute relevant information in support of customer/test level pricing decisions
  • Retrieve, manipulate and understand data from multiple sources
  • Operates, understands, and appropriately engages all pricing templates, pricing calculators
  • Complete all projects, including any documentation for compliance
  • Research, investigate and support resolution of pricing issues arising from customer inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute pre-defined documents/files of data

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of related business experience
  • Relevant work experience in Healthcare field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience in Customer Master and Pricing preferred.
