About the role
- Work as part of the Global Bioanalytical Project Management team
- Manage client and study communication
- Use appropriate tools to support project management
- Serve as primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
- Communicate study updates and key milestones to clients
- Manage activities ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate internal teams to meet defined milestones and timelines.
- Provide data for capacity projections and assist in resource planning
- Review contracts and manage project budgets
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Relevant degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Project Management experience, or equivalent
- Ability to influence others
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
- Commercial awareness, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project)
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage time.
