About the role
- Assist internal business and IT partners in audits, inspections, contract reviews, etc.
- Participate in global IT projects as a subject matter expert
- Manage and track resolution of IT audit findings
- Represent IT quality interests in Governance teams
- Develop and maintain formal documentation including policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Systems, Technology or related field and 10 years of experience as IT Quality Manager, IT Quality Analyst, Validation Analyst or related role
- Alternatively, Master’s degree in the same fields and 8 years of experience in related roles
- 8 years regulatory compliance experience in pharmaceuticals and drug development industries (USA, EU, APAC)
- 5 years of experience with audit processes
- 5 years of experience with direct client support
- 3 years of experience applying software development principles
- 3 years of experience with information systems infrastructure support
- 3 years of experience with information security and IT risk management principles
