• Monitor the execution of receiving, picking and shipment processes according to defined standards and targets.
• Improve operations by finding opportunities and proposing solutions using management system tools and methodologies to ensure key performance indicators and targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Manage department resources and track via SAP and High Jump.
• Managing outbound and inbound shipping at sites.
• Check expected delivery schedule of raw materials to ensure materials arrive when scheduled and offloaded in a timely manner.
• Monitoring in transit report and update BOL filing.
• Assisting teams with various day to day logistics tasks.
• Leading improvement in line with various excellence programs.
• Manage vendor payments, purchase orders and GRs.
