About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in collecting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare instructions and process/tools descriptions.
- Maintain structured and up-to-date documentation.
- Support the creation of technical tasks for Data Analytics, Data Engineers, and Development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Map workflows (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Support automation initiatives.
- Participate in cross-team process discussions.
- Communicate clarifications between business users and technical teams.
- Participate in meetings and prepare summaries.
- Follow up on task progress and status updates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic understanding of business analysis principles.
- Ability to structure and document information clearly.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of:
- - Process mapping
- - Requirements documentation
- - Excel / Google Sheets
- - Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
- Basic experience or exposure to AI-driven automation tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with no-code / low-code platforms for process automation or workflow configuration
