About the role
- Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and workshops.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis or operational optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Experience in process re-engineering and standardisation.
- Ability to independently structure and lead analysis initiatives.
- Experience preparing functional requirements for automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Experience working with automation tools or system integrations.
- No code/Low code applications.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams on system implementations, integrations, and process automation initiatives.
- Change management experience.
- Experience in cross-department transformation initiatives.
