About the role
- Lead forecasting and budgeting streams for the entire Laba Group, covering monthly forecasts and annual budgeting.
- Consolidate and process local markets' business knowledge to generate planning insights.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis across various business scenarios and initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports providing insights into financial metrics.
- Contribute to business process improvement initiatives to reduce internal errors and optimize efficiency.
- Engage in high-level communication with country general managers.
- Serve as HQ guide for local country finance associates in forecasting and planning streams.
- Support improvement initiatives across nine different jurisdictions.
Requirements
- BSc in Finance or Economics.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or other relevant finance areas.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of IFRS.
- Ability to gain substantive business understanding.
- Professional proficiency in English with at least Advanced speaking skills.
- Excellent time management skills and backlog management experience.
- Strong advantage (but not obligatory): CCA or other professional qualifications in progress.
- Strong advantage (but not obligatory): Experience with different accounting software solutions.
- Strong advantage (but not obligatory): International experience.
