About the role
- Responsible for profit and loss for a group of Retail stores
- Leads and coaches a team of store managers
- Implements and oversees company initiatives to drive sales and metric growth
- Responsible for hiring and firing in the market
- Routinely visits stores to ensure they meet company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/Arts or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- 5+ years supervisory/leadership experience
- Up to 80% Travel
