💰 €48,000 - €60,000 per year
About the role
- Manage and reconcile EUR bank accounts and related accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Support international payment and collection processes
- Reconcile online transactions across multiple payment providers and marketplaces
- Ensure accurate financial recording of all digital revenue streams
- Process incoming invoices and prepare payment runs
- Oversee dunning procedures and handle customer refunds with full documentation
- Review and process travel expenses and corporate credit card statements in accordance with company policy
- Support accruals, invoicing workflows, and fixed asset accounting
- Assist in preparing VAT and other tax documentation
- Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with HGB (German GAAP)
- Provide AP/AR support for additional bank accounts
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation
- Provide transactional support to other Finance areas as required
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, ideally within an internationally active company
- Strong knowledge of HGB (German GAAP) and VAT regulations
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel) and common accounting systems
- Structured and precise working style with strong team orientation
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
