About the role

  • Formalize briefs for marketing campaigns and commercial actions, ensuring compliance with the action plan, deadlines and budget
  • Participate in the promotion and activation of complementary services offered to members (teleconsultation, assistance, etc.), contributing to the development and rollout of a dedicated communication plan
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of sales support materials and tools for the commercial network
  • Write content for marketing campaigns, mailings and e-mailings
  • Take part in the execution and monitoring of actions in the commercial action plan (referral programs, events and trade shows, promotional activities, street marketing…)
  • Manage external suppliers (printers, promotional items, service providers...)
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing performance indicators for marketing actions (ROI, dashboards, activity tracking)
  • Produce layouts for contractual documents used in subscription funnels

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing (Bachelor’s level minimum)
  • Proven initial experience in operational marketing
  • Knowledge of operational marketing and cross-channel techniques
  • Strong command of online and offline marketing channels
  • Ability to lead and coordinate marketing and promotional activities
  • Strong writing skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Responsiveness, adaptability and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of the mutual insurance sector or of insurance would be a plus
