About the role
- Formalize briefs for marketing campaigns and commercial actions, ensuring compliance with the action plan, deadlines and budget
- Participate in the promotion and activation of complementary services offered to members (teleconsultation, assistance, etc.), contributing to the development and rollout of a dedicated communication plan
- Contribute to the creation and updating of sales support materials and tools for the commercial network
- Write content for marketing campaigns, mailings and e-mailings
- Take part in the execution and monitoring of actions in the commercial action plan (referral programs, events and trade shows, promotional activities, street marketing…)
- Manage external suppliers (printers, promotional items, service providers...)
- Assist in collecting and analyzing performance indicators for marketing actions (ROI, dashboards, activity tracking)
- Produce layouts for contractual documents used in subscription funnels
Requirements
- Degree in marketing (Bachelor’s level minimum)
- Proven initial experience in operational marketing
- Knowledge of operational marketing and cross-channel techniques
- Strong command of online and offline marketing channels
- Ability to lead and coordinate marketing and promotional activities
- Strong writing skills
- Organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Responsiveness, adaptability and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of the mutual insurance sector or of insurance would be a plus
