About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and analyze data to generate insights and develop business and product strategies;
- Develop commercial scenarios to achieve targets;
- Prepare reports and dashboards to be presented to other departments and decision-makers;
- Analyze sales performance by category, channel and point of sale, identifying opportunities to adjust assortment and allocation;
- Define and monitor the product assortment per store/channel, balancing breadth, depth and turnover;
- Support planning of initial allocation and replenishment, considering seasonality, product life cycle and the commercial calendar;
- Monitor KPIs such as coverage, stockouts, sell-through and markdowns, proposing corrective actions;
- Track market and competitor movements to inform collection and positioning decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields: Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel);
- Availability to work on-site;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations;
- Experience in fashion retail or consumer goods is a plus.
