About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend to customers via WhatsApp dedicated to sales, actively engaging clients with a focus on conversion;
- Assist customers who have difficulty making purchases on the brands' online store;
- Monitor orders placed using boleto payment method to prevent potential cancellations due to non-payment;
- Inform key customers when there are updates or news from the brand;
- Monitor site promotions;
- Conduct post-sales follow-up;
- Record all customer interactions;
- Provide an excellent shopping experience for the brand's customers;
- Proactively seek solutions for customers' needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields;
- Knowledge and experience in sales;
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
