About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Attend to customers via WhatsApp dedicated to sales, actively engaging clients with a focus on conversion;
  • Assist customers who have difficulty making purchases on the brands' online store;
  • Monitor orders placed using boleto payment method to prevent potential cancellations due to non-payment;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields;
  • Knowledge and experience in sales;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
