About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and develop trade marketing materials, including: point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, banners, signage, posters, totems, store signage and in-store assets.
Develop key visuals and extensions/adaptations for commercial campaigns, seasonal promotions and product launches.
Adapt layouts for different formats, channels and partners (retail and wholesale), ensuring visual consistency.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Trade teams to understand objectives, audiences and project requirements.
Prepare final print-ready files and, when necessary, coordinate technical adjustments with vendors.
Organize and maintain file libraries, templates and trade marketing visual standards.
Ensure all assets comply with the brand book and the brand's visual guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in design focused on trade marketing, retail or branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
Knowledge of print production processes and file prepress/packaging for production.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Strategic eye for visual communication and brand experience at the point of sale.
Organized, detail-oriented and strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
Experience creating materials for large retail chains.
Basic knowledge of motion design or video editing.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira or similar).
