About the role

  • Create detailed test plans for our web and mobile platforms, defining test scenarios and executing functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance tests;
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework;
  • Identify, log, and track defects found during test cycles;
  • Engage with Product Owners and developers to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, identify possible ambiguities and risks, and provide feedback on quality and usability;
  • Propose improvements to development and testing processes to increase delivery quality and team efficiency;
  • Define and monitor quality metrics to proactively identify any deviations in quality and performance of our digital products.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
  • Experience in software testing, including functional, integration, and usability testing;
  • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.);
  • Knowledge of a programming language for test automation (Python, Java, etc.);
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Desirable: experience with automation using Robot Framework (with Appium), Cypress, or Cucumber;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Knowledge of security testing, performance testing, and automated API testing;
  • Certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CTAL, CSTE, etc.).
