About the role

  • Directly engage with La Moda customers across our brands, whether in the showroom or in the field, ensuring excellence in brand presentation and customer support.
  • Supervise the team of sales representatives, monitor operations, ensure targets are met, and strengthen the relationship between La Moda and its clients.
  • Track and analyze sales representatives' performance, promoting action plans to guarantee results.
  • Support execution of the company’s commercial strategy, ensuring implementation of the sales plan and established commercial policies.
  • Manage the area’s main performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and promote marketing activities aimed at the market, including campaigns, sales incentives and brand visibility.
  • Actively participate in structuring and defining the collection mix, and conduct training on products and sales techniques.
  • Provide consultative and strategic support to key B2B customers, ensuring long-term relationships and joint growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial supervision or wholesale, preferably in fashion, footwear, bags or accessories.
  • Experience managing sales representatives and analyzing sales indicators.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation skills and strategic vision.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B platforms and CRM tools is desirable.
