About the role

  • Act as the primary commercial and strategic contact for marketplace partners.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics (GMV, orders, average order value, margin, market share, visibility).
  • Identify growth opportunities based on data, market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies, campaigns and activations by partner.
  • Negotiate commercial deals, ensuring ROI, competitive pricing, inventory availability and proper positioning.
  • Oversee the full operational cycle, from product integration to sales effectiveness.
  • Build analytical reports and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology and BI teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed).
  • Strong experience in marketplaces (mandatory).
  • Experience in digital commercial strategies and partner negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in KPIs and business case development.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Intermediate English.
