About the role

  • Select flours according to their quality;
  • Prepare bread dough daily;
  • Set and adjust production equipment: oven, dough mixer, etc.;
  • Shape dough pieces according to the desired end product: baguette, loaf, etc.;
  • Bake bread;
  • Produce viennoiserie: pains au chocolat, croissants, raisin rolls, etc.;
  • Prepare and bake pizzas on an occasional basis as needed;
  • Arrange finished products in the display case or on the shelves;
  • Manage inventory and stocks;
  • Plan production in anticipation of demand;
