About the role
- Carry out shaping, proofing, optional egg-washing, baking of products, etc.
- Prepare the range of savory items (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, etc.) and sweet items (viennoiserie, pastries, etc.) according to the available recipe sheets and the provided production forecasts
- Check product characteristics and manage product traceability
- Follow the operating procedures for the various equipment
- Adhere to hygiene procedures and safety instructions
