About the role
- Perform shaping/placing, proofing, optional egg-washing, baking of products, etc.
- Prepare the range of savory products (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, ...) and sweet products (viennoiseries, pastries, ...) according to available recipe cards and the provided forecasts
- Check product characteristics and manage their traceability
- Follow proper procedures for using the various equipment
- Apply hygiene procedures and safety instructions
- Assist with sales
