About the role
- Perform dough shaping, proofing, occasional egg-washing, and baking of products, etc...
- Prepare the range of savory products (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, ...) and sweet products (viennoiserie, pastries, ...) according to available recipe sheets and the forecasts provided
- Check product characteristics and manage traceability
- Follow the operating procedures for the various equipment
- Apply hygiene procedures and safety instructions
