About the role

  • Perform dough shaping, proofing, occasional egg-washing, and baking of products, etc...
  • Prepare the range of savory products (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, ...) and sweet products (viennoiserie, pastries, ...) according to available recipe sheets and the forecasts provided
  • Check product characteristics and manage traceability
