About the role

  • Shape and assemble products, place them for proofing, apply egg wash when required, and bake the products, etc.
  • Prepare the range of savory products (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, ...) and sweet products (viennoiserie, pastries, ...) according to available recipe sheets and the forecasts provided
  • Check product characteristics and manage their traceability
  • Follow the operating procedures for the various equipment
  • Apply hygiene procedures and safety instructions
  • Assist with sales
