About the role
- Shape and assemble products, place them for proofing, apply egg wash when required, and bake the products, etc.
- Prepare the range of savory products (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, ...) and sweet products (viennoiserie, pastries, ...) according to available recipe sheets and the forecasts provided
- Check product characteristics and manage their traceability
- Follow the operating procedures for the various equipment
- Apply hygiene procedures and safety instructions
- Assist with sales
