About the role
- Provide psychotherapy for the purpose of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families.
- Individualize these services to meet unique needs.
- Facilitate IOP, SOP, & Aftercare groups using agency curriculum.
- Utilize community resources and referrals to enhance and expand treatment.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work REQUIRED.
- AzBBHE Licensure is preferred.
- Experience facilitating groups required.
- Families First program experience is preferred.
- Must have experience working with substance abuse populations.
- Must be willing to complete reports and be punctual in corresponding with DCS, probation and others.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have good time management skills.
- Must have good team collaboration skills.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License, with no major infractions in the past three years is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
