Medical Director

• The Medical Director supervises and provides clinical oversight to staff/contract practitioners, psychiatrists, and medical professionals.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinical programs.
• Ensure the productivity of the department and monitor individual staff performance to meet productivity standards.
• Responsible for the overall direction and management of outpatient clinical staff including selection, training and development, goal setting, evaluation, performance feedback, and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision of Program Managers and indirect supervision to all departmental staff.
• Monitor and maintain all client records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in utilization review functions associated with department.
• Recommend changes that would improve service delivery and implement changes and new programming as directed.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all related state, community behavioral health, and contracting organizations.

Manager

• Provide direct in-home, in-office, in-school, and community services
• Deliver at least 40 hours of work per week, with a goal of 30 hours of direct client contact
• Ensure meeting clinical documentation standards established monthly/annually
• Complete all tasks agreed upon by the timelines given
• Engage and invite natural supports as identified by family, youth, and adults
• Make referrals to collaborating partners and other community services, as client needs indicate
• Facilitate, schedule, and provide follow-up on family, youth, and adult team meetings (ACT or CFT)
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all related states, community mental health, and contracting organizations

High Needs Case Manager

Administration

• Responsible for analyzing and assessing systems, processes, and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Providing feedback and support to program managers and supervisors.
• Entering data for tracking and trending.
• Participating in clinical records audits as scheduled.
• Assessing programs, policies and systems for quality, effectiveness, and clinical safety.

Quality Support Administrator

Customer Support

• Preparation of telehealth room and equipment prior to the start of appointments each morning
• Perform front office duties in a professional, courteous and helpful manner.
• Attend all telehealth appointments serving as a liaison between the provider and the client
• Support and manage both administrative and clinical needs during and after appointments.
• Duties include but are not limited to answering multi-line phones, greeting clients and agency guests, scheduling appointments, and managing the use of therapy and group rooms.
• Perform clerical duties to assist in the day-to-day operation of the clinic to ensure smooth clinic and client flow.
• Effectively manage projects and demonstrate the ability to multitask in order to meet the responsibilities of the position.
• Effectively prioritize responsibilities and utilize independent decision-making skills to support the operation of the agency.
• Demonstrate initiative to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team to meet the needs of the department.
• Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Abide by the client's rights and maintain the client's confidentiality at all times.
