About the role

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of candidates to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key client escalations and manage resolution processes effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through market networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in client relationship management, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the challenges faced by businesses in talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
  • High level of commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Growth in existing accounts and new business secured.
  • Feedback from clients and recruitment teams on service delivery.
