About the role

  • Design the overall platform architecture
  • Define the technical roadmap aligned with product and business strategy
  • Implement a robust, scalable and resilient architecture
  • Ensure compliance with Crédit Agricole Group standards (security, auditability, resilience)
  • Lead integrations with banking APIs
  • Design and implement apps and connectors to business solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Recruit and structure the engineering team (backend, data)
  • Ensure on-time delivery of product releases with a high level of quality
  • Implement security standards for the handling of sensitive data

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of engineering experience, including 3 to 5 years in technical leadership
  • Experience building complex platforms, ideally in fintech, regtech, or B2B SaaS
  • Significant experience with multiple integrations (ERP, e-commerce, third-party APIs, legacy systems)
  • Proficiency with integration-oriented and adapter-led architectures
  • Experience integrating ERP systems, complex enterprise software, and/or e-commerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of secure AWS environments (VPC, PrivateLink, network isolation)
  • Advanced observability (logs, metrics, traces)
  • Native data governance (segmentation/tenant isolation, auditability, compliance)
  • Handling of sensitive data (PII, KYC, KYB, financial flows)
  • Good understanding of financial flows (payments, lending, treasury)
  • Familiarity with open banking (PSD2) and embedded finance
  • Fluent English required.
