About the role
- Working alongside our general accountant, you will join our Finance team to actively participate in the accounting management of our various entities.
- You will be fully integrated into the team, with a key role in operational accounting, the preparation and monitoring of reports, and participation in monthly and annual closings.
- Accounts payable & receivable: verification, recording, entry and coding of invoices, monitoring internal approval workflows, and following up with operational teams.
- Bank accounting: performing bank reconciliations and daily monitoring of cash flows.
- Multi-entity reporting & monitoring: assisting in the production of monthly reports and updating dashboards.
- Accounting tasks & closings: matching and reconciling accounts, and preparing recurring journal entries.
- Internal control: carrying out quarterly control checks.
- Administrative & cross-functional support: occasional collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a DSCG program or pursuing a Master’s in Accounting (Master CCA)
- Comfortable with Excel (or eager to become an expert!)
- Rigour, strong organizational skills, and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in fintech and innovative environments (a strong plus)
