About the role
- Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned mid-level and small clients
- Build trust and become their go-to contact for all agency needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications
- Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and digital teams
- Track project status and flag potential issues before they become problems
- Ensure quality control on all client-facing materials and deliverables
- Open and track job requests in project management systems (ClickUp)
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items
- Handle billing coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking
- Maintain organized client files and documentation
- Generate regular status reports and performance updates
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights
- Contribute to creative briefs and campaign planning
- Translate client requests into actionable creative direction
- Present ideas and recommendations to clients with confidence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing, agency or client side services experience (internships count!)
- Dynamic personality with natural relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
