About the role

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned mid-level and small clients
  • Build trust and become their go-to contact for all agency needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications
  • Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and digital teams
  • Track project status and flag potential issues before they become problems
  • Ensure quality control on all client-facing materials and deliverables
  • Open and track job requests in project management systems (ClickUp)
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items
  • Handle billing coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking
  • Maintain organized client files and documentation
  • Generate regular status reports and performance updates
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights
  • Contribute to creative briefs and campaign planning
  • Translate client requests into actionable creative direction
  • Present ideas and recommendations to clients with confidence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing, agency or client side services experience (internships count!)
  • Dynamic personality with natural relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
