About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise University Relations programs and campus recruiting operations
  • Develop and execute the Corporate Headquarters early career recruiting strategy
  • Forecast hiring demand, establish recruiting priorities, and achieve annual hiring objectives
  • Define and execute the enterprise partner school strategy
  • Strengthen the L3Harris employer brand across universities and digital recruiting channels
  • Lead enterprise workforce planning for early career hiring
  • Design, document, and improve university recruiting processes, governance, metrics, and standard work
  • Lead the enterprise summer internship program and maximize engagement, performance, and full-time conversion
  • Recruit, coach, and develop the University Relations team
  • Partner with Legal, Ethics & Business Conduct, HR, and business leaders on employment-law, affirmative-action, OFCCP, and audit-readiness compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience; or a graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of directly related experience
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise University Relations or Early Career recruiting strategies
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with university recruiting platforms such as Yello or Handshake preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading campus recruiting programs, internship programs, and university partnerships at scale
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional partnerships
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and change management in talent acquisition
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives
  • Ability to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including affirmative action and OFCCP requirements
