About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with cross-functional supply chain organizations to identify, structure, and execute strategic supplier agreements.
- Align internal program requirements with long-term enterprise business and financial objectives through MOAs, pricing agreements, and contracting frameworks.
- Support affordability initiatives, consolidate demand signals, and enable efficient procurement execution.
- Assess internal business needs for strategic partnerships and commodity management strategies.
- Utilize strong business experience to develop a strategic approach with suppliers and structure agreements that meet objectives and mitigate risks.
- Aggregate program demands and forecasts to assist in long-term pricing agreements.
- Review and maintain Agreements and proactively renew to avoid gaps in support future acquisitions.
- Travel 25% to USG/Customer locations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant supply chain experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related supply chain experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related supply chain experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience drafting and negotiating contract agreements.
- Experience within government contracting (i.e., FAR Part 15) and compliance-driven environments.
