About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support L3Harris FTI Order Management team as a provisioning specialist
Work with telecommunications industry vendors/partners to provide products or services required to fulfill program orders
Process orders, track deliveries and perform data organization and entry tasks
Collaborate with technical teams to solve problems
Liaison to telecommunication vendor provisioning teams resolving administrative and/or technical issues
Write, submit, process and coordinate all provisioning related documents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Knowledge and understanding of LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure
Knowledge of telecommunications carrier ordering systems and processes
Data analytical background, identifying patterns, determining root causes
