About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP MRO functionality
Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP MRO functionality
Support the implementation and ongoing support of MRO functionality for large SAP implementation projects
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows
Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications
Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements
Build strong internal & external customer relationships
Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Minimum of 9 years of experience working with SAP MRO
Strong knowledge of SAP MRO modules (PM, CS & IM)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions
Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes
Experience within ERP applications, with emphasis on MRO functionality
Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
