About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform integration, test, installation and customer support of Recon systems
  • Perform necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repairs
  • Test and approve operational quality of system equipment
  • Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of the system
  • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
  • Interpret customers' needs and clarify responsibility for problem resolution
  • Up to 30 days of continuous travel may be required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting equipment, reading and interpreting RF/electronic/mechanical schematics
  • 4 years of related military experience or 2-year technical degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
  • Security Clearance: ability to acquire Secret Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Technical understanding of military (and/or civilian) Radar/Recon equipment in RF Defense environments.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Radar/Communications systems principles, theory and application in practice.
