Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct engaging training sessions that include lectures, hands-on laboratory work, and field exercises.
Facilitate courses and product support at our L3Harris locations, customer facilities other customer sites worldwide.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tactical communications solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Demonstrated ability to master and teach complex technical systems.
Work closely with the Account and Program Management team to achieve business goals through customer interactions and support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Knowledge of L3Harris/RF Communications (AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-163, AN/PRC-160, RF-410D, AN/PRC-167) and VSAT terminal products.
RF/Radio or related communications experience preferred.
Experience with the U.S. Army Stryker Combat Vehicles.
Experience running Factory Test Stations.
Knowledge of Product Service database (Oracle EBS).
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to work and learn in fast paced production environment.
Experience with Windows office suite.
Knowledge of network systems administration, wireless networking, and IT support, including networking router technologies.
